Support Engineer

Location:                     Dallas, TX
Duration:                    Fulltime or Contract (C2C)
Compensation:       Hourly (DOE)

Description:

Experience level 3-4 years, Experience with monitoring alerts, security patching of machines , handling and triaging incidents, writing power shell scripts and reporting the metrics through weekly status reports, assist in reporting software bugs and customer suggestions, Act as technical resource for broad and complex issues, Expertise with SCOM, Powershell, windows and Linux troubleshooting, security patching, monitoring. Azure application service background, Knowledge of IIS and windows communication foundation, Identity Authorization and Authentication.

Required: Microsoft Technologies Preferred
