\n<\/strong>Develop a risk mitigation plan to identify and mitigate risks before they arise and avoid any potential loss in revenue for the stakeholders. Manage the end-to-end development of various issues and defects at one time ranging from a new development to a production issue. Evaluate the Agile Maturity of the team and conduct additional training as needed in order to drive business value creation. Ensure all change requests are received, evaluated and incorporated into product timelines at a regular cadence. Coordinate the delivery schedule for all the dependent teams and determine a synchronized delivery schedule. Define and manage team milestones, success criteria (KPIs), resourcing, and change requests to mitigate & resolve issues to minimize execution risk..<\/p>\n
